we want you to love our products. to say “wow!”. to be surprised by how good they are. we want this every time you use them.
we want you to love the experience of buying from us. to love the stories about us. to tell your friends how much you love us.
it’s a pretty high goal, we know. that’s ok, that’s the kind of people we are.

so what is awesome? it happens when:

we all believe that if we aim for your love, we’ll make decisions for the right reasons.
every day we make decisions. some small, some big. we try and make sure that when we make decisions, we make them with a view to winning your love.
should we package the pencils in the box or the case? should we use that extra soft binder? will we use environmentally friendly wood?
we find that when we make our decisions, we think of you. what would you want us to do? what would you love? sometimes the answer you want costs us a little bit more, but that’s how we achieve awesome.
aiming for “love forever” is even harder. we’ve got to make decisions that will mean you keep on loving us. we have to make products that last. we have to perform every single time.
