A signature is required upon delivery so please select a delivery address where someone is available during business hours to accept the delivery. If possible, a business or your work address is preferred.

If a residential address is provided but no one is there to accept the delivery, a notification card will be left in your letterbox to let you know which Australia Post retail outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time that it will be available for collection.

To collect your parcel, simply take the card and some form of identification to the specified post office within its opening times.
