Are my details safe?

All information collected, managed and used by Micador Group will be in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Your personal information is protected and will not be shared with anyone. You can change your details at any time via the My Micador portal.


Is it safe to buy online?

Your security is very important to us. All payments are completed using 128 Bit SSL Encryption. We do not store your credit card details.


What form of payment is acceptable online?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge credit card fees.


Can I pre-order products?

Products listed as ‘Coming Soon’ are under development and not yet available for sale, however, you can place a pre-order by calling us on 03 8788 1800 or by email.

There is no additional fee for placing these orders, but a 50% deposit is required when placing a pre-order over $100.


Can I make overseas orders?

For orders outside Australia, please email us.


Can I cancel my order?

No, orders cannot be cancelled.


Can I return my order?

If our product isn’t exactly as we promised it to be, you can return it to us within 90 days of invoice to receive a replacement or shop credit.  See our Returns Policy for more details.


What are the delivery costs?

We have flat fee shipping as follows:

$9 for deliveries to major cities
$14 for deliveries to country areas


How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving. Please allow around 3 business days for deliveries to major cities and 4-7 days for country areas.


Can I register with My Micador but not subscribe to the newsletter?

Yes, you can register and not subscribe, or vice versa.


Can I unregister from My Micador?

Yes, you can unregister from My Micador at any time via email.


Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.
